Gate and unloading procedure: you may temporarily park in the lot beside the Sheep/Goat Barn, the Swine Pavilion, or the Small Animal Barn to check-in and to unload day camps. Please move vehicles as soon as possible to the parking lot across from the facilities or, if that is full, to the main and overflow parking lots south of the facilities. Please remember we are sharing the site with a rodeo and a gem/jewelry show, so drive carefully and be aware parking may fill by afternoon.

Gate Hours: 7 am (Staff/Royalty/Merchants), 8 am (Populace) – 2 pm

FACILITIES:  Please also see the site map for more information. Volunteer signup permitting, we will have a Day Camp Coordinator to help direct traffic.

Tournament List: will be in the Swine Pavilion (an extremely large covered concrete space). We would like as much as possible to reserve day camp space in this pavilion for the Royal Presence, visiting Baronages, and Combatants. There may be additional space available but with the number of combatants for this tournament it is unlikely.

Populace: will be in the Sheep/Goat Barn, an enclosed space. Some chairs and tables will be set up in this space. Lawn space around the pavilions and barns is also available for populace.

Gate and Merchants: will be in the Small Animal Barn, an enclosed space.

Youth Point: will be in the NSSB Arena, an enclosed space. There are bleachers in this building that can also be used for populace as desired.

Restrooms: are located just north of the NSSB Arena. The restrooms north of the NSSB Arena have showers.

Royalty and Scribal Room: will be in the NSSB Office connected to the north side of the Arena. Entrance will be through the arena; this is where the royalty room guard will be stationed. There will be no entrance through the exterior doors.

Meeting Rooms: will be the only facilities in the Conference Center that we are allowed to use. They will be Classrooms B & C at the south end of the Center across from the South Hall. These rooms are reserved for Their Majesties’ use.

Attention! A note for those who will be bringing children not their own…

There are TWO forms you will need to bring for each child. They both need to be signed by the child’s parent or legal guardian. ONE MUST BE NOTARIZED per Indiana law.

  1. This one needs the notarization, and will be kept with the child at all times: LINK
