Are day camps allowed?

Day camps may be set up in the Great Hall. To make more room for archery this year, no day camps will be allowed in the Expo Hall

Is this site wet?

Alcoholic beverages may be consumed and shared by individuals on site. Beverage containers should not be left in view unless they are period and non-obvious. Empty beverage containers should be taken with you and not disposed of in site trash receptacles. Underage drinking will not be tolerated. If you are caught drinking underage or contributing to a minor you will be evicted from the site without reimbursement.

Is smoking allowed?

Yes! You must be outside and more than eight (8) feet away from any building. Please dispose of cigarette and cigar butts into trash cans.

Are pets allowed?

Yes! Only service animals will be allowed in the buildings or barns. Please clean up after your pets. Absolutely no animals are allowed in the kitchen per health code.

Will there be Gold Key if you need loaner garb?

Yes! There will be a Gold Key station by gate. All garb must be returned after court.
If you know you are going to need loaner garb, email our Chatelaine and we can pull the sizes you need prior to the event.

Waiver Information

Attention! A note for those who will be bringing children not their own…

There are TWO forms you will need to bring for each child. They both need to be signed by the child’s parent or legal guardian. ONE MUST BE NOTARIZED per Indiana law.

  1. This one needs the notarization, and will be kept with the child at all times: LINK

PLEASE have both these forms filled out and signed/notarized where appropriate for each child you will be bringing that you are not the parent or legal guardian of. This requirement is out of our control and the children affected will not be able to attend if they are not properly if they are not completed properly before arrival. Thank you.

We will be enforcing COVIDSafe policy for this event.

 

Cancellations can be made via email at morganwoodsende@gmail.com up to 3/26/22. Cancellations will incur a $1 refund fee for postage.

 

In the case of a cancellation of the event, full refunds will be provided to all registrants. If you have an issue registering via SCARs, please contact morganwoodsende@gmail.com
